Over the last four years, I had the endless joy of designing 2,000+ custom designs for customer purchase on over 1,000 products: also known as templates. These template designs ranged from holiday specific to practical jokes (love, pets, travel, memes, etc.). Common products designed for included blankets (four textures), canvases, cards, mugs, pillows, tote bags and water bottles.

A few things of note:

  • The 'Full of Love' design reigned supreme over all designs for four years, and saw an average of 1,000 orders a day and up to 10,000 during the holiday rush.
  • The 'Gold Christmas' card template, saw unparalleled reign as the highest performing and ordered template design in a single day, despite many attempts to dethrone it. An "all time high" order rate was 15,000 orders in a single day.
  • Adding templates to the Amazon storefront saw an increase in conversion by 161%.
