Throughout my time with Collage.com I found myself presented with a number of tangible/tactile problems that required visual solutions. While the goal of these solution was to answer common customer questions, they also served the purpose of reducing customer service contact rates as well.

Working with 3rd party vendors allowed me to take my visual solutions to the next level and in a timely manner. As seen in the dog blanket video not only was the product detail called out, but so was the evoked emotional connection for potential customers.

As the company never had any b-roll to promote in PR activities, I quickly whipped up a basic "how to use Collage" video for TV and ad purposes.
